Pumpkin Bread

One of the things I look forward to most in the Fall is pumpkin bread. I love, love pumpkin bread. I could eat it year round. Soft, moist, and the perfect blend of spices and pumpkin. This pumpkin bread is my favorite one.

It’s easy to put together and is one of the few breads I’ve made that tastes even better the next day.  The bread stays moist for days and keeps well in the freezer. I always bake a couple of extra loaves.

I’ve baked quite a few pumpkin recipes, but this classic pumpkin bread is one of my favorite pumpkin recipes.

  2. I have made pumpkin breads using this recipe twice. I baked with 2 9×5 pans for 65 minutes. Turned out great!!

    • I’m glad! I didn’t try many breads before I found this one. I keep thinking I should try others, but I love this one so much, and I don’t want to be disappointed by another recipe!

  3. I just baked this recipe (and the one with chocolate chips added) and it’s amazing! This is one my husband’s favorite bread and he loved it.

  4. omg that looks AMAZING. i’m baking some pumpkin bread right this minute from a different recipe, but yours makes me wish i’d found it first! ugh, the luck! maybe i’ll make this pumpkin recipe tomorrow… 🙂

    • I’m sure the recipe you used will be great too! There’s a lot of great recipes out there, but so far this is my fav one. I’ll probably be checking out some more new ones though for comparison.
