Starbucks Giveaway

Recently, a representative of Starbucks contacted me to see if I wanted to try some samples of their new line of naturally flavored coffees, Starbucks Natural Fusions, and host a giveaway for my readers.

Since I love coffee and doing giveaways for my readers, I immediately agreed. About a week later, my package arrived.

I had been expecting some small individual samples, but instead I got three full sized bags of ground coffee. The coffee flavors I received are vanilla, caramel and cinnamon.

What makes this new line of coffees different is that Starbucks uses natural ingredients ground into the coffee to create the different flavors rather than using artificial flavoring.

After trying each of the coffees, I liked the vanilla one best, but I’m usually partial to vanilla flavored things. These coffees work great as a much needed morning pick-me-up, or served with an afternoon treat. I think the vanilla one would go perfectly with this whipped cream bundt cake I made last week.

Now, onto the giveaway. Starbucks will be providing one lucky reader with their own samples of Starbucks Natural Fusions. To enter, simply leave a comment at the end of this post and tell me which of the three flavors you are most interested in trying (the giveaway let’s you try all three, but I’m curious to know which flavor is most appealing for you).

For an additional entry, tweet the following message: “Win Samples of Starbucks Natural Fusions @kirbiecravings http://bit.ly/kDcOLy”

The deadline for this giveaway is Sunday May 22, 2011 at midnight PST. I will assign a number to each entry and then use random.org to generate a random number and choose a winner. Contest is limited to US Residents only. Good luck!

  22. Hi Kirbie,
I’m not entering the giveaway, because I don’t drink caffeinated coffee, but they sound great.

By the way, have you ever tried Starbuck’s Ice Cream? It’s excellent. I love their Caramel Macchiato, Java Chip Frappuccino, Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, and Coffee/Espresso.

    • Hmm, you know I actually don’t think I have tried Starbucks Ice cream even though I see it in the grocery aisle all the time. Now I really want to go get some…

  23. Like most people here…CARAMEL

  24. The only one I’m not wild about is their Mocha Frappuccino. Also, they had a plain chocolate one for awhile, which I don’t think they sell anymore, and it was very so-so. But the four flavors I mentioned above are delicious!

By the way, for some reason, their ice cream is not sold in their cafes – only in stores.

    • Thanks for the info. I’m definitely going to check out the four flavors you mentioned. It’s on my grocery list!

  27. Caramel….yum.

  28. Since I love their Caramel Macchiato, I think I probably would want to try the caramel flavored one first. But vanilla would be a very close 2nd. The first thing that came to mind was not actually drinking but using the different coffees in baked goods, something chocolatey! Or a cheesecake. Yum

  29. I’m very interested in trying the caramel blend. I love having caramel macchiatos in the morning. I’m quite the sugar fiend.

  30. I don’t drink coffee, but I do love cooking with coffee! I’m most interested in the vanilla coffee flavor. It would probably make for a wicked good vanilla coffee ice cream – or even better yet, a yummy tiramisu layer cake!!

  31. Vanilla 🙂

  32. I’d love to try the cinnamon. Yum!

  33. I’m a vanilla girl!

  34. They all sound great but I’d love to try the cinnamon!
