One Bowl Coconut Bread

It’s rare to find super easy bread recipes. This one bakes up a fluffy white loaf with very little effort. One bowl and a whisk. I love minimal cleanup. Even though it’s not a yeast recipe, the bread still has a fluffy texture and is sturdy enough to use as sandwich bread.

I found this recipe on Taste of Home and followed it as is. I was able to mix it up and put it in the oven in a matter of minutes. It tastes of coconut and is a little on the sweet side. But I think if you prefer, you can omit the coconut flakes.

This recipe is definitely a keeper for me next time I’m craving bread and don’t have the energy for a yeast bread. You can view the full recipe here.
