17 St. Patrick’s Day Desserts

St. Patrick’s Day is March 17th and it’s the perfect excuse to make some holiday-themed desserts. So, to celebrate the day I’ve gathered up 17 of my favorite St. Patrick’s Day desserts to share with you. I’ve got some boozy Irish cream desserts, green-themed treats that are perfect for sharing, and a few creative and unexpected desserts made with Guinness beer. I hope you find some new recipes to try!

Flourless Baileys Chocolate Mug Cake | It doesn’t get any easier than a single-serving mug cake flavored with Baileys Irish cream liqueur. This quick and easy treat cooks in the microwave in just one minute and is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. I also have a version with flour so be sure to check out my Chocolate Baileys Mug Cake, too.

Andes Mint Fudge | Mint and chocolate is a great combination and this ten-minute fudge recipe is so easy you’ll want to make extra to give as gifts.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake | My college roommate used to make this cake every St. Patrick’s Day. It’s great if you’re hosting a crowd for a celebration.

Mint Cookies and Cream Cookies | If you can find some mint Oreos these are a great way to put them to use. The cookies are chewy and sweet with just a hint of mint.

Homemade Baileys Irish Cream | You won’t buy store-bought Irish cream after you try this homemade version. It’s made with simple ingredients and so easy to make.

Guinness Brownies | You can pour yourself a glass of beer or pour some in a bowl and make these brownies! The beer adds a nutty note to the brownies and complements the chocolate.

Baileys Milkshake | This adults-only dessert is so simple to make and is a sweet treat for St. Patrick’s Day.

Guinness Stout Chocolate Mug Cake | This easy chocolate mug cake made with Guinness beer takes only a few minutes to make in the microwave!

Baileys Coffee Donut Muffins | These mini baked coffee flavored donut muffins are topped with a Baileys Irish Cream glaze, making a delicious breakfast treat, snack, or dessert.

Baileys Irish Cream Brownies | Here’s another brownie recipe but this version is made with Baileys Irish cream. They’re rich, chocolatey and a little bit boozy.

Mint Cookies and Cream Shake | Here’s another way to use up those mint Oreos! This shake is a chocolatey cookies and cream concoction with a taste of mint throughout.

Irish Cream Pound Cake | This pound cake is dense, moist and velvety. You can taste the Irish cream, though it is very subtle. The glaze also has Irish cream and eaten together, you can really taste the Irish cream in the cake.
