Thin Mints Milkshake

Have you gobbled down all those Girl Scout cookies? Or are you like me, hoarding boxes the last few weeks of the sales so that there will be enough for a few months supply until next year?

Well if you still have some Thin Mints cookies left, here’s a yummy milkshake I made with a few I was able to spare.

I made this two ways: the first time with vanilla ice cream and the second time with chocolate ice cream. The vanilla ice cream looked muddled and grey after the cookies were pulsed in. The chocolate one looked better and added to the chocolate flavor of the cookies.

Either way, this was delicious and a great way to get your Thin Mints fix in a liquid form.
