Superbowl is almost here and my mind is consumed by game viewing food. Mr. K claims I keep saying “Super ball,” but I don’t believe him.

I’m pretty happy with this test run I did with individual spinach bread bowls. For the bread bowl base, I use pretzel rolls because I’m obsessed with pretzel rolls. The salty pretzel bread also pairs really well with the tangy spinach dip.

I sliced off a small top section of the pretzel roll, then hollowed out the middle. I filled the inside with a good amount of spinach dip. You can stick some veggie stick inside so that people can crunch on the vegetables with the dip. And when they are done, they can eat the entire bowl! I love edible bowls.
