Nutella Custard Magic Pie

This pie is very easy to make and while it bakes it magically forms two separate layers. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed and no lumps remain. Pour into pan. until 2/3 full. For the remaining batter, you can pour into a smaller pie pan or into small ramekins. Bake 9-inch pie for about 45 minutes until custard is set. Smaller pie or ramekins will need less time depending on size.
