- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 extra large egg whisked
- 2 cups honey mustard pretzel pieces crushed (either by hand or with food processor)
- honey mustard sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 400°F. Set whisked egg aside in a small bowl. Set crushed pretzels in a separate bowl. Working one by one, dip chicken first in egg and then roll in pretzel pieces until fully coated. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all chicken is finished.
Bake chicken for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and pretzel coating is a dark golden brown. Serve with honey mustard sauce.
