- 8 large and wide apples
- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8 count
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice off top third of apples. Hollow out the apples, leaving about ½ inch rim.
Brush inside of apples with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place a cinnamon roll into each apple. Place apples onto baking sheet.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are cooked and golden brown.
Drizzle cinnamon rolls with icing while cinnamon rolls are still warm.
I used a 12.4 oz tube of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls which contains 8 rolls
