Cinnamon Roll Stuffed Apples

Apples are stuffed with cinnamon rolls and baked to create a fun and delicious dessert that is perfect for a party.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large and wide apples
  • 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8 count
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice off top third of apples. Hollow out the apples, leaving about ½ inch rim.
  3. Brush inside of apples with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Place a cinnamon roll into each apple. Place apples onto baking sheet.

  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are cooked and golden brown.

  6. Drizzle cinnamon rolls with icing while cinnamon rolls are still warm. 

Notes:

I used a 12.4 oz tube of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls which contains 8 rolls
