Biscoff Chewy Sugar Cookies

These cookies are made with Biscoff cookie spread and bake up soft and chewy.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg, vanilla, and Biscoff.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Drop the dough by large tablespoons onto baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
