Matcha Chocolates

Japanese green tea chocolates are pretty expensive so I like to make them myself. You only need two ingredients and they are easy to do!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup high quality white chocolate chopped
  • 2 tsp high quality matcha powder

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave, at 30-second intervals, stirring after each heat, until chocolate is smooth. You can also melt in a double boiler. 
  2. Add in matcha powder and stir until uniform in color and no matcha powder streaks remain. Pour into candy molds and refrigerate until set. Let chocolates come to room temperature before eating.
