We like to order Mango Lassi when we eat out at Indian restaurants. It's a mango puree and yogurt drink that is both sweet and tart and helps coat the stomach for those spicier Indian dishes. 


  • 1 cup nonfat Greek strained plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 2 tbsp sugar or more, to taste


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve cold.
