- 6 strips precooked bacon
- 6 wooden skewers
- 1 cup semisweet chopped chocolate
- 1 tbsp oil
String bacon onto skewer so it maintains a wavy pattern after cooked. Cook each piece in microwave about 20 seconds until it is completely crispy.
Pour chocolate into bowl and microwave for about 1 min. Stir and check doneness. Microwave at additional 15 second intervals and stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add oil and stir until smooth. The oil will make the melted chocolate more thin and liquid. Pour spoonfuls of chocolate onto the cooked bacon until covered.
Place covered bacon onto parchment paper and place in freezer until chocolate is hardened.
