Sausage Pancake Cups

Mini pancake cups filled with sausage bits are two favorite breakfast items wrapped into one. 


  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 precooked frozen breakfast sausages


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 muffin/cupcake molds. Mix Bisquick, egg and milk in a large bowl with a whisk. It's okay to have some remaining lumps.

  2. Pour batter about 1/2 full into each muffin mold. Slice precooked sausages into 6 sections per sausage. Place three on top of batter for each pancake muffin mold. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
