- 1 box brownie mix or your favorite brownie recipe
- 1 cup graham crackers crushed with hands
- 12 large marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan or brownie edge pan. Make brownie batter according to recipe or box instructions.
Crush graham crackers with hands so that they still have relatively large chunks. Mix into the batter and stir.
Pour batter into greased brownie pan. Place marshmallows on top, spacing evenly so that when you cut brownies into squares, each one will have a melted marshmallow in the center. Bake for 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Let completely cool before cutting and serving.
