Pepperoni Pizza Quick Bread

This pizza bread is very easy to make!


  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni chopped
  • Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, milk, egg until batter is lump-free. Stir in cheese and pepperoni bites Pour batter into prepared pan.

  3. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes. Serve while warm.
