These soft peanut butter meltaway cookies have a wonderful melt-in-your-mouth sensation! They can be made ahead of time and store well, so they are great for gifting or bringing to a party.

Easy Recipe

Mix peanut butter and sugar, stirring until sugar is completely incorporated into the peanut butter and a thick dough forms.

Scoop the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing dough balls one inch apart.

Bake at 350°F (177°C) for about 10 minutes. The surface should be slightly cracked. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

* Only use natural peanut butter for this recipe, avoid the ones with added oils.

Recipe Notes

* Run Powdered Sugar through a blender or  sieve to remove lumps.

The cookies are sweet and full of peanut butter flavor. Even though they are made with just peanut butter and sugar, they do have the texture of a cookie.
