 (NO WHITE FLOUR, EGGS, YEAST, BUTTER OR OIL)

These healthy bread rolls are so soft and moist. They are just 3 ingredients and don’t require any yeast, white flour, eggs, butter or oil. You can have fresh bread ready in about 30 minutes.

Easy Recipe

Whisk flour and baking powder together. Add in part of the yogurt and mix to form the dough. You do not want the dough to be too wet, so only add in more yogurt if needed.

Divide into 8 pieces. Roll to form a smooth ball. Place onto a prepared baking mat 2 inches apart.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until bread rolls look cooked and tops are lightly golden brown.

Recipe Notes

Adding too much yogurt will yield a more sticky and wet dough but the breads will come out with a texture more like a soft biscuit rather than a soft bread roll.

The more I ate them, the more I liked them. I put butter on them and they are very good. They are very filling as well. Christina
