CHOCOLATE CAKE

(NO FLOUR OR BUTTER)

This easy flourless chocolate cake is just 2 ingredients: eggs & semisweet chocolate. It comes out extremely rich and chocolatey!

Easy Recipe

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Melt the chocolate chips and  add egg yolks.

Add egg whites in batches, then bake for 35-40 minutes at 325°F

- Don't use smaller than 7 inch pan as the cake will be too thick and won't cook correctly.

Recipe Notes

- If you prefer your desserts to be very sweet, you can use milk chocolate.
