(NO YEAST, EGGS, BUTTER OR OIL)
These easy bread rolls are great when you need fresh bread as soon as possible. They are crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
Mix self-rising flour & yogurt. Stir with a spatula just until a dough forms. Your dough will be quite sticky. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide dough evenly into 8 pieces. Lightly wet your hands and grab one of the dough pieces. Roll it between your hands until it forms a ball.
Then place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat (wash your hands clean and rewet for each one), spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until rolls are done.
* If you don't have self-rising flour, you can make your own by whisking together 2 cups all purpose flour + 3 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt.
