These incredibly easy brownies are perfect when you need a quick recipe. They look and taste like the real thing, but only take 2 ingredients.
Melt chocolate chips in 15-30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Vigorously whisk in room temperature egg whites until they are completely incorporated with the chocolate and you have a smooth batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 13-16 minutes or until done. When brownies are done, the surface should look shiny, crinkly and cracked.
* If you want chewier brownies, you can make this recipe with one less egg white.
