This healthy cloud cake is a unique light and fluffy dessert and feels like you are eating a cloud. It’s a fun dessert to try. It also doesn’t require any baking and is a low calorie treat you can enjoy after any meal!

Easy Recipe

Add gelatin powder to the fruit puree. Heat the mixture using the double boiler method until gelatin is fully dissolved.

Pour into a stand mixer and beat on the highest speed for about 13-15 minutes. Your mixture should more than triple in volume.

Pour pureed mixture into your prepared pan. Place into the fridge for at least 1 hour to set. Keep the cake in the fridge until ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

*Before serving, you can first decorate the cake with whipped cream or other frosting. *Must be made with unsweetened pear puree or applesauce.
