CHEWY OATMEAL COOKIES

(NO FLOUR, EGGS OR ADDED SUGAR)

These healthy soft and chewy oatmeal cookies are made with just 3 nutritious ingredients and don’t require any flour, eggs, or added sugar. They take a few minutes and are a great snack or dessert. 

Easy Recipe

Whisk mashed banana and almond butter until combined. Add in oats. Stir until the oats are evenly mixed and fully coated.

Scoop cookie dough onto a prepared baking sheet about 1.5 inches apart. Gently flatten.

Bake until set. When cookies are done, they should not stick to the pan. Let them cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.

Recipe Notes

* Make sure to thoroughly mash your bananas.  * Should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
