NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CAKE

NO FLOUR, EGGS OR OIL

This easy dessert is a fun way to use up oats. It comes out soft, chocolatey, with oats in every bite. It's only three ingredients and doesn't require flour, eggs or oil.

Easy Recipe

Add chocolate and milk to a large bowl. Heat at 1 minute intervals, whisking in between, until completely melted.

Stir in oats until they are evenly combined . Pour batter into prepared cake pan.

Place cake into freezer for 30-60 minutes or until set.  Let it come to room temperature before cutting and serving

- For a sweeter cake, you can use milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.

Recipe Notes

-This cake is best made in a springform pan lined with parchment paper.

I prefer chocolate desserts without eggs, flour and baking. This dessert turned out great for me.
