These Lemon Melting Moment Cookies are buttery, sweet and melt-in-your-mouth. The cookies are just 4 ingredients and easy to make.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, next mix in flour on low speed until a dough forms. Then add in lemon zest.
Scoop out the dough and roll into smooth round balls. Then place on a prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Bake the lemon meltaways for about 12 minutes, and dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
ENJOY!
These cookies have a nice zesty lemon flavor. However, if you want even more lemon flavor, you can add 1-2 drops of lemon extract.
