(No Yeast, Eggs, Butter, or Milk)
These easy donuts are soft and fluffy and the donut dough is just 2 ingredients. The donuts taste like banana bread in donut form. The donuts don’t require any yeast, eggs, butter or milk.
Add oil to a frying pot and bring to 350 degrees.

Combine pureed bananas and flour into a mixing bowl. Do not over mix!

Use a cookie scoop to make dough balls. Cook in hot oil, flipping halfway through. Repeat until all donuts are fried.

Once the donuts have cooled slightly, add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
