2-3apples, thinly sliced (choose your favorite variety, I did a mix of red delicious, gala, and fuji)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°F. Slice off top and bottom and then thinly slice apples like the photo above. If you have one, a mandolin slicer works great. Use a knife to remove any seeds. You don't need to core the apples.
Place apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them next to each other, but do not let them overlap. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon. If your apples aren't very sweet, you can sprinkle some granulated white sugar as well.
Bake about 2 hours, or until crispy (I recommend to start checking at the 1-hour mark). Cooking time depends on how thin your slices are. Once they start turning crispy, turn off oven and let the apples cool in oven, which will further crisp them.
