Add all ingredients into a food processor. I recommend starting with 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and juice of half of a lemon. Process until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust as needed, adding more yogurt, garlic powder and lemon juice to taste. If you want a thinner consistency, add a little bit of water as well. Dressing can be stored in fridge 1-2 days.
Notes
A food processor* makes it so easy to make this dressing.
I recommend using a Hass avocado for this dressing because the flesh is really creamy and buttery.
I love the flavor of cilantro, but you can also substitute other herbs like parsley or chives which will change the flavor of the dressing, but still add a lot of freshness.
