A lot of ice cream recipes require a custard base, but this recipe - with just three ingredients- includes avocados, which add richness without having to worry about making a custard. The prep is so easy and the only hard part is waiting for the machine to churn it into creamy ice cream.
Place the avocados in a food processor. Add the cream and sugar and blend it all together until it's smooth.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn the ice cream according to your machines instructions. For my Cuisinart, I churned it for 20 minutes.
Serve the ice cream immediately or freeze.
