Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Add black beans to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add in the eggs, oil, baking powder, and brown sugar. Blend until all of the ingredients are evenly mixed, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth out with a spatula. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips. Bake the brownies for 30 to 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
