Sift all dry ingredients together into a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt), then stir in toasted coconut.
In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk, Nutella, and vanilla with hand mixer. Fold all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan.
Cook in oven for 55 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes in the pan before turning out.
