These light and fluffy no yeast donuts are very easy to make. You can have fresh homemade donuts in about ten minutes and they don’t require any yeast, eggs or butter. 

Easy Recipe

Mix the self-rising flour and yogurt until a wet dough forms.

Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and release it into hot oil and cook until both sides are golden brown, flipping halfway. 

ENJOY!

When donuts are no longer too hot, roll them in sugar or other donut toppings.

Recipe Notes

* Make your own self-rising flour, whisk: 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. * For the frying oil, you can use canola, vegetable or olive oil.
