2 INGREDIENT

 LEMON  BREAD ROLLS

 (NO YEAST, EGGS,  BUTTER OR OIL)

These lemon bread rolls are soft and chewy and full of zesty lemon flavor. They are very easy to make. Don't need yeast, eggs, butter or oil and they take only about five minutes to prepare.

Easy Recipe

Mix yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir just until all the flour is fully incorporated and a dough forms. It will be quite sticky. Gradually add in a little more flour at a time, until it is no longer too sticky to work with.

Divide dough evenly into 8 pieces. Wash hands and keep them slightly damp, then roll to form a compact ball. Place dough balls onto a prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.

Place rolls into oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until rolls are done and lightly browned on top.

ENJOY!

The rolls are best served soon after they are done baking.

Recipe Notes

Optional lemon glaze Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until completely dissolved. Drizzle over the rolls and enjoy.
