This lemon fudge is rich and creamy. It is just 3 ingredients and is easier to make than traditional fudge. You don’t need a candy thermometer and you don’t need a stove.
Heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is uniform.
Next, stir in lemon zest. The fudge will start to thicken up right away, so working quickly, add the mixture into a prepared pan.
Spread the fudge evenly and smooth the surface, then place in the freezer until it is set.
Bring your lemon white chocolate fudge back to room temperature before cutting with a sharp knife.

For a stronger lemon flavor you can add 1-2 drops of lemon extract.
