This easy pumpkin bread is so soft and tender. You only need 3 ingredients and it doesn't require any eggs, butter or oil.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add pumpkin and condensed milk to a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and uniform in color.
Sift the flour in, then whisk until it is fully incorporated and no lumps remain. The batter will get quite thick at the end but you should still be able to stir it.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Smooth the surface and bake for about 35-45 minutes or until the bread is done.

Let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
* If you like fall spices, you can add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. * Sifting the flour will keep the bread very soft and tender.
