These strawberry chocolate truffles are the perfect dessert or gift. With only 3 simple ingredients you have the perfect little treat.
Add freeze dried strawberry slices to a food processor and pulse until it becomes a fine powder.
Heat heavy cream and gently mix it with white chocolate chips. Then stir in the strawberry powder and place in the fridge to set.
Scoop out the filling and roll it into smooth round balls. Then place in the freezer until they are completely solid.
Next, melt chocolate chips and dip the frozen balls, making sure to cover them completely. If desired, top with crushed strawberries.
Place back in the fridge until the chocolate coating is fully set.

These strawberry truffles work best with freeze dried strawberry slices. I don't recommend using freeze dried strawberry powder.
