Welcome to Day 9 of the 12 days of giveaways! The winner for Day 1 of giveaways has been chosen! Congratulations Ivanna! I’ve sent your contact information to Oh! Nuts and they should be contacting you shortly to provide you win your $25 gift code.

If you haven’t already, there is still some time left to enter Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, and Day 8.

On the ninth day of giveaways, Kirbie’s Cravings gave to me…

479° Popcorn!

(and for purposes of completing the song, sung to the tune of the 12 days of Christmas, here are the rest of the giveaways)

One lucky reader will receive a 479° Popcorn’s Foodie Sampler.  Based in San Francisco, 479° Popcorn makes gourmet popcorn that is organic and popped by hand in small batches. To ensure fresh, high quality popcorn, the popcorn  is only popped after the order is received and is shipped the same day it is popped. Their popcorn has gotten much media coverage, including recognition in Oprah’s magazine. I’ve tried several of their popcorn flavors and have adored them all. The popcorn is not only tasty, but it is also healthy. They are widely available in the Bay Area and are also available online.

They offer some very creative tasty flavors, including my favorite:  a black truffle + white cheddar flavor! Yes, you read that right. Black truffle oil is drizzled on the popcorn and you can actually see little black truffle specks!

479° really knows its audience because it offers several sampler packs including one named “The Foodie” sampler.  The Foodie sampler includes the following flavors: Fleur de Sel Caramel, Ginger Sesame Caramel, Black Truffle + White Cheddar, Madras Curry Coconut + Cashews, Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt.

A random winner will be selected based on a number generated by random.org. Deadline for this contest is December 20, 2010 at midnight, PST. Please note, this contest is open to US readers only. To enter, simply leave a comment at the end of this post, telling me which flavor you are most interested in trying.

For an additional entry, follow me on twitter (if you don’t already) and tweet the following message: “Win 479° Popcorn http://bit.ly/eETv7S @kirbiecravings.”
