Pizzanometry is a fast casual build-your-own pizza restaurant that opened a few months ago. Two years ago, these type of pizza restaurants were opening all over San Diego. But it’s been a while since I’ve last seen a new one pop up.
The concept is very similar to others out there: choose from a few pre-designed pizzas or build-your-own with unlimited toppings for just $7.99. These personalized pizzas are cooked in a high heat oven and ready in about 2 minutes.
I went with white sauce, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, ovalini mozzarella, tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, sausage, meatballs and chicken. I also got a side of pesto as a finishing sauce.
Mr. K chose red sauce, shredded mozzarella, green peppers, mushroom, sausage, roasted red peppers.
Our pizzas came out fast. The crust was thin and crispy without being too charred. The toppings were well balanced and I liked both the marinara and Alfredo sauces.
Overall, we had a nice visit here. It’s easy, fast and getting a customized unlimited toppings pizza for $7.99 is hard to beat. We would definitely return.
Make sure to check out visits from Mary and Lynn.

I like this place because it is so close to home! They also occasionally sell cupcakes from a local baker SweeThess Creations so twice I had this decadent ferrero rocher cupcake. YUM. 🙂
I saw the cupcakes! I actually had one recently. I liked it but thought it was a little pricey at $5 each
