I found a recipe for pecan praline cookies on Cooking on the Side. I love pecans, and the image of these delicate little cookies decorated with pecans in the middle really caught my eye.
When I finally got a chance to make these cookies, I couldn’t believe how simple they were! And so few ingredients to assemble. Not even an egg is needed. The hardest part in making these cookies was having to let the dough set in the fridge.
The cookies are light, buttery, and the pecan half on top compliments the cookie perfectly. Tastes a bit like butter pecan ice cream.
