Trader Joe’s November Edition

Sharing a few new Trader Joe’s products from my recent November shopping trips.

November tends to be a slower month for me at Trader Joe’s. The Fearless flyer is filled with mainly Thanksgiving sides, which I don’t usually need. But I did manage to find a few new products that I really love.

Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pancakes

These are just like potato pancakes but made with mashed cauliflower. They are crispy on the outside with a soft mashed cauliflower center. I loved how flavorful they are and could barely tell that they are made with cauliflower. I’ll definitely be getting these again.

Trader Joe’s Sparkling Coconut Water with Yuzu

I was pleasantly surprised by this new drink. I expected this to taste like sparkling water but instead it tastes like a light sparkling soda. It’s sweet, but not as sweet as your typical soda. The combination of yuzu and coconut makes this drink very refreshing too. I’m always trying to look for a lighter soda option so I really enjoy this.

Trader Joe’s Crunch Dried Honeycrisp Apples

This was a featured product a few months ago and I didn’t get it because I don’t typically like freeze dried fruit. However, after my friend gifted me a bag, I became hooked and immediately bought a few more.
The apples are crunchy, almost like apple chips, and don’t have that crumbly texture that freeze dried fruit often has. They are super sweet and you can taste the honeycrisp apple flavor.

Trader Ming’s Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette

Not a new product but one we recently tried. It’s very flavorful with a good balance of sweet and tangy, while still light on calories and sugar. We’ve been using this dressing a lot on salads lately.

That’s it for now! We also picked up some other November favorites like Brussels Sprouts on the Stalk and Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Chips. I’m looking forward to the December Fearless Flyer!
