This may be my new favorite brownie recipe. These 3 Ingredient Flourless Nutella brownies are chewy, fudgy, chocolatey, and nutty. They are everything brownies should be.
– Did I mention that this is also a one bowl recipe?
– And that the brownies take less than 30 minutes from start to finish?
Also, look at that crackly surface!
I hope all this has you excited because I really love this recipe.
My previous go-to brownie recipe is my 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies. They are the brownies I bring to potlucks, make for house guests, and what I whip up when I need a brownie now.
I still love those brownies, but I think these are equally as good. They are a perfect solution for sharing my favorite brownies with my friends who eat a gluten-free diet.
For a flour version that is just as easy, check out my original 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies.
Also, here is a quick video I made for my original 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies, to give you an idea of how easy this recipe is.

Hi! Made this many times and it was a crowd pleaser! Thank you for the recipe!
May I ask if there is a need to double the amount (or increase) for the ingredients if I were to use a 10 inch x 10 inch metal pan? Thank you in advance!
Sorry, but we don’t have a good suggestion – that kind of pan is just a little bigger, so doubling the recipe may not work (too much batter).
Does regular flour work as a substitute for the almond flour?
No, it won’t work in this recipe, but we have Nutella Brownies made with all-purpose flour that you can try.
Can you sub the almond flour for coconut flour?
Coconut flour does not work the same as almond flour in recipes, so we don’t recommend it.
THese look so yummy! I’m wondering if I can make a Keto version of this using a hazelnut cocoa butter – THose tend to mainly be nuts to have some cocoa powder and sweetener . Would that work?
Without trying it, we can’t say for sure. If you did try it please let us know how it worked!
Could one substitute cocoa for the flour?
no
Why almond meal/flour? Can you use normal flour?
because this is a flourless recipe. If you would like to use flour, please follow this recipe: https://kirbiecravings.com/easiest-3-ingredient-nutella-brownies/
Could part almond butter/ part Nutella be used to make it less sweet?
Thanks
No, peanut butter will significantly alter the texture.
Can I use peanut butter instead of nutella?
No, unfortunately peanut butter will not work.
Hi could you please help me with the calorie count on these? The recipe is great – perfectly fudgy and crackly each time! Thank you!!!
Sorry I do not provide nutrition information for dessert recipes. But there are many online nutritional calculators that can help you determine calorie count.
Absolutely fantastic! Even better than the 2 ingredient nutella brownies! The almond meal adds a beautiful texture to the brownie! So gooey and the slight crumble right at the end – ah! I’m hooked! Thanks so much for the great recipe!
I love the texture of these as well! So glad you like them too
omg, thank you so much for this recipe!! i love, love, love that they’re not only nutella, but also gluten-free 😀
i hope you love the brownies as much as I do!
