Eggless Nutella Brownies

After successfully making an eggless version of my Easiest Nutella cookies, I decided to also try experimenting with making an eggless version of my Easy Nutella Brownies.

These didn’t work out quite as perfectly as the cookies, but they are still pretty good. The crumb is a little looser than I would like, but it’s still nice and fudgy. Like the original recipe, these are easy peasy. They are ready in about 30 minutes, from start to finish.

Eggless Nutella Brownies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

These eggless Nutella brownies are easy to make and only take less than 30 minutes.


  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plaint Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • Grease a 8 x 8 baking pan and preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl with a large wooden spoon or mix in mixer until batter is smooth. Pour into baking pan and smooth top with spatula.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let brownies cool and set before cutting and serving.

  1. Hi ! I tried these and they turned out wonderful ! Didn’t add the sugar as I like less sweet brownies. I had no ideas Nutella brownie can be made without eggs! Thank you ! 

  2. Hi Kirbie tried the recipe its took me 40 min to make it….i used the same measurements….wht could be the reason? mine is a new microwave though…

  3. can we bake this in a mini oven? if yes, then for how many mins?

    • I have not tried, but I don’t think so. I haven’t had much success using toaster mini ovens to make regular baked goods

  4. hi do we require to use baking powder or baking soda

    • Yes you so. The yogurt is the substitute for the egg. You can make my version with eggs if you don’t have yogurt, which is linked in the post.

  7. MMMM…. these look so nummy. Just curious (though you’ve probably posted the answer somewhere here) but how much Nutella do you go through per week/month? Do you buy that 5kg jug? 😀

    • I buy the Costco sized containers. I’m not sure how many I go through actually. I’ve never really kept track.
