Ginger Spice Latte

With Thanksgiving over, I’m now in December baking mode. DH wanted to start of the December treats with something ginger. And my first thought was a homemade ginger latte, inspired by the Starbucks beverage.
You can really taste the ginger and the molasses in this drink. The coffee flavor is a little light though. Still, it’s easy to make at home, saves me a couple of bucks and satisfies my cravings for a ginger latte.
You might like to try my pumpkin chai latte and soft ginger cookies, too.
