As soon as Fall started, I immediately began craving pumpkin flavored drinks like pumpkin spice coffee and pumpkin chai latte.
To save some money, I’ve been making them at home whenever possible. In only a few minutes, you can make your own Pumpkin Chai Latte.
You brew a cup of chai tea (I used Chai Diaries brand). Heat up a cup of milk with some pumpkin puree and sweetener. Mix and stir, and you end up with two delicious cups of pumpkin chai latte. If you have a frother you can make some frothy milk too.
Pumpkin Chai Latte
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup brewed Chai tea
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp of sweetener honey, syrup, agave nectar
- Brew tea in cup. In a small pot, add milk, pumpkin and sweetener. Turn stove on low heat and stir constantly until puree is dissolved. Remove from heat and add into prepared tea and stir.
