I have a great giveaway today. It includes a set of all five of the new Mrs. Dash Marinades and a $50 gift card.
During the summer, Mr. K and I do a lot of grilling. On a regular weekday, to keep it healthy, we will usually grill on our George Foreman grill. It’s a lot of grilled fish and chicken, flavored with Mrs. Dash seasonings, which I really love because they are salt and msg free.
Recently, I was given a set of Mrs. Dash new marinades. There are five flavors available: steakhouse, sweet teriyaki, lemon pepper, garlic herb, and lime garlic. I was so excited to try these out since I love the seasonings. The marinades are easy to use. You marinate your protein 30 minutes beforehand and finish off with a brushing of marinade once it’s done grilling. I did that for chicken, but for the fish I just brushed some marinade on top when they were done grilling.
I really enjoyed playing around with these marinades and all the different flavors. My favorite was the garlic herb. Mr. K really liked the lime garlic.
Now onto the giveaway. The giveaway ends Thursday August 1, 2013 at 11:59 PM PST. Please note, it is only open to US residents. The winner will be chosen using random.org.

Oh the sweet terriyaki looks great to go with egg rolls I used to make or fried rice, albeit it would be sweet, but I don’t think that would be bad.

Would love to try the Garlic Herb, especially this summer to put on pasta, spinach and chicken salad. Hope it is as good as Mrs. Dash’s seasoning without salt that I love to use in cooking.

I like anything garlicky but I’d like to try the Sweet Teriyaki the most. Probably put it in a cooking bag with some chicken or mix some in ground bison with a dab of it on top for teriyaki bison burgers on toasted potato or pretzel buns with some colby or cheddar cheese. Mmm.
