Pizza Bread

After I made the pepperoni pizza puffs, I was curious about trying to make a pepperoni pizza quick bread. So I took the pizza puff recipe, doubled it, and poured the batter into a loaf pan.

When the bread loaf first came out of the oven, it was nice and puffy. However, unlike the puffs, after it cooled, it collapsed on itself. I haven’t figured out how to solve this problem, but it still tasted good.close-up photo of a two slices of pizza bread

This is a quick and easy bread to make for your family. I’ll play with it more to try to get a recipe that doesn’t collapse.

  2. I enjoy making quick pizza bread. I use a recipe similar to yours. It’s so tasty!! And it smells so good during the cooking and after!!!
And then, it’s so amazing when you can change the ingredients every time you make it (the cheese, the herbs, pepperoni or bacon…). I haven’t made it since june. I have to repeat!!

  3. Looks and sounds soooo good. I will have to try making this tonight. 🙂

  4. What is the muffin pan for?… and would adding yeast help?

  5. directions:

    1. Grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    • I apologize! That it a typo. I re-read your post after your comment but didn’t see the muffin pan mentioned, and I didn’t re-read the recipe section. I accidentally must have included it from the original version of the pizza puffs I made with this recipe. Sorry about that
