Pizzanometry

photo of the outside of PizzanometryPizzanometry is a fast casual build-your-own pizza restaurant that opened a few months ago. Two years ago, these type of pizza restaurants were opening all over San Diego. But it’s been a while since I’ve last seen a new one pop up.

The concept is very similar to others out there: choose from a few pre-designed pizzas or build-your-own with unlimited toppings for just $7.99. These personalized pizzas are cooked in a high heat oven and ready in about 2 minutes.photo of different toppingsphoto of other pizza topping options

I went with white sauce, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, ovalini mozzarella, tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, sausage, meatballs and chicken. I also got a side of pesto as a finishing sauce.

Our pizzas came out fast. The crust was thin and crispy without being too charred. The toppings were well balanced and I liked both the marinara and Alfredo sauces.

Overall, we had a nice visit here. It’s easy, fast and getting a customized unlimited toppings pizza for $7.99 is hard to beat. We would definitely return.

Make sure to check out visits from Mary and Lynn.

  1. I like this place because it is so close to home! They also occasionally sell cupcakes from a local baker SweeThess Creations so twice I had this decadent ferrero rocher cupcake. YUM. 🙂
