I’m always curious about Happy Hour specials at restaurants and I’ve been wanting to check out the one offered at Seasons 52.
Seasons 52’s version of Happy Hour is called “Flights & Flatbreads.” It’s offered everyday until 6pm. For $15, you get a sample flight of three wines (you can choose the red or white collection or their acclaimed collection for $5 more), a full glass of your favorite wine from the flight, and your choice of one of their signature flatbreads (regularly priced between $8-10). The wine flights change periodically to keep things interesting.

The wines are accompanied with tags that name the wine and discuss its characteristics, a very helpful aid.
Spicy Chipotle Shrimp
For my flatbread, I chose the spicy chipotle shrimp. In addition to the shrimp, it’s also topped with grilled pineapple, feta cheese, cilantro, and roasted poblano peppers. I don’t particularly like pineapples on pizza and don’t like feta cheese in general so this was not one of my favorite flatbreads.
Grilled Garlic Pesto Chicken
This was Mr. K’s choice. I preferred this one as the toppings more suited my tastes. It’s probably my second favorite flatbread offered here after the Blackened Steak & Blue Cheese.
Overall, we enjoyed the Flights & Flatbread special. It’s a pretty good deal and I like that it’s offered everyday and for such extended hours.
