The Incredible Cheesecake Company is a small shop that offers nearly 70 flavors of cheesecake. You can view the full menu here.
After CC and I had dessert at Soltan Banoo, we stopped in for some slices to-go.
The chalkboard displayed the flavors available that day. The cheesecakes were on display inside the glass cases.
After much contemplating, I chose slices of red velvet and fudge brownie.
The woman helping us was very friendly. They also have a stamp card, where after 5 slices, you get one slice free.
Here’s the slices I brought home for Mr. K:
Fudge Brownie
Red Velvet
Don’t mind the slight deformity. The cake slid around when I was driving home. Oops. Of the two, I preferred the red velvet but both were pretty good.
I loved the variety here and would love to stop in to pick up more slices next time I’m in the area. You can read CC’s account of our visit here.

I really like their Merv Griffin flavor (chocolate chocolate chip). Everything I’ve tried has been good so far. Too bad it’s just a take out place since there isn’t much seating here. It’s still nice to have a dessert under $4.
Yeah that is too bad about seating, but I love all the variety and the price is decent too.
How does the sweetness compare to, say, a Cheesecake Factory cake? I don’t even like cheesecake, but the carrot cake one looks pretty tasty. I may have to haul El Bebe (the nickname we use for the baby) out for one.
I didn’t think the cakes were as sweet as Cheesecake Factory, which I thought was a good thing.
I live in a boring place…sigh….;)
Aw =(
