Last year, I made some delicious pumpkin milkshakes. This year, I thought I’d start with something a little healthier: a pumpkin yogurt smoothie.
I got the idea after making my pumpkin yogurt dip.
This drink is super easy to make and even healthy enough for breakfast.
Pumpkin Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 cup cold pumpkin puree (I put my can in the fridge to chill)
1 cup cold, nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
honey to taste (add 1 tbsp at a time)
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Drink while still cold.
